A resident magician is a regularly-booked performer for residential community events. White Rabbit performs on a one-off basis for residential clients and offers a multi-event annual partnership for communities running four or more events per year. The annual partnership locks calendar priority, fixed pricing across the year, and custom themed programming for each event.
Built for Wide-Age Resident Audiences
Close-up magic is one of the few entertainment formats that works for a wide adult age range without modification. The performance is sophisticated and intelligent, which lands with older audiences who appreciate skill over spectacle, and visually impactful, which lands with younger audiences who film and share the moments. There is no off-color material and no participant-embarrassment moments, so the performance reads as appropriate across the entire age range of a typical residential community event.
Long-Format Community Nights
White Rabbit structures long-format community events as 60 to 90 minutes of close-up strolling during cocktail and dinner, with a featured 25-minute parlor set after dinner as the entertainment moment of the night. This pacing covers the natural arc of a four- to five-hour community event without performance fatigue. For all-night residential events, a second performer can be added to share floor time.
